"...participates in gun shows..."

"The weapons, including the AK-47, were in the home because one of the victims participates in gun shows, one of the victims told Local 6 News."

I live in Orlando (Orange County). The second idiot that had the knife wound went to a hospital they arrested him also.

Three cheers for the young people that stood up for themselves. When more sheeple stand up for themselves the less they will be taken advantage of in regular life.

I bet those Mofo's are still running! I can only imagine what the chatter of an AK would be like in such an enclosed environment. If that don't get you moving, you're already dead.

Good for them. Glad to see some responsible citizens deciding to not be passive victims and taking on the responibility for their own defense. A few more incidents like this and I'd wager you'd see a lot less break ins.

Many stories of local crime and violence on that same Channel 6 news webpage

:bash: average news day in Florida?

See? And people tell me to "get rid" of my AK47's because they look scaaary, and only the bad guys use them, and I should get a "regular gun" like a lever action or bolt action, and all this BS.

Even though I wasn't considering it before, now I DEFINITELY won't ever part with either of 'em. I think I'll buy more now. I wonder if they confiscated his?

I wish there was a differentiation for AK-47s that are not full auto. Kinda' like AR-15 instead of M-16. I think too many people reading that article would assume that he used an AK-47 "machine gun".

To commemorate how she waves one around at press conferences, I think of the semiauto lookalike as the "Di Fi 47".

Now THAT is one ugly gun! :D

AK makes me proud to be Russian but the bayonet sucks.Don`t ever try to pry anything with it,it`ll break like glass, the steel is way too hard. It`s not a real bayo but a bayonet-like object,a total piece of garbage.
